(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based analytical software.– Provide a cloud–based, realtime crime intelligence and situational awareness platform to enhance proactive policing, investigations, and interagency collaboration.– System must integrate seamlessly with existing law enforcement data sources and provide automated insights, alerts, and visualizations that support operational decision–making.– Integrate with multiple data sources, including license plate recognition (LPR) Flock, field reports, computer–aided dispatch (CAD) Central Square, and record management systems (RMS) Central Square through API–based connections.– Provide automated, AI–assisted pattern detection (e.g., identifying related crimes, vehicles, or locations).– Support real–time alerting and notification for designated events– Include 24/7 technical support and training for end–users and administrators.– Full system configuration, onboarding, and data connection support.– Administrator end user training sessions.(2) An optional virtual pre–proposal meeting will be held on December 1, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
