(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based AI medical coding service. – Design, develop, deploy, and support a real–time, browser–based AI chatbot that enhances clinical documentation and coding accuracy for current procedural terminology, international classification of diseases, comorbid condition and major comorbid condition and diagnostic related groups –like groupings. – The solution shall allow clinicians and coders to copy and paste clinical notes into the interface for analysis by a coding–specific large language model (LLM) capable of highlighting key clinical terms, recommending clearer or more complete terminology, providing rationale for suggestions, supporting structured note creation, and enabling version control with approval or rejection of edits. – Full computerized patient record system (CPRS) integration is not required during the first year, the system shall be architected to support future capabilities including retrieval, reformatting, and reinsertion of clinical notes into agency technical constraints evolve. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
