The County is seeking a vendor to provide cloud-based agenda management and consolidated software technologies that integrate with its existing website without requiring a redesign. The solution must automatically monitor designated webpages or document libraries and function across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
The platform must include agenda and meeting management capabilities covering agenda preparation, legislative workflow, meeting management, voting, minute creation, public transparency, and archival of legislative records. It must also provide social media archiving that captures, preserves, indexes, searches, and retrieves content from the County’s official social media accounts, including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and, where supported, Nextdoor and Threads.
