The organization seeks a provider for a cloud-based adult education instructional software platform, delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS), to support the adult education component of the Family and Child Education (FACE) program. The platform must deliver evidence-based instructional resources that help adult learners achieve a range of educational and workforce objectives, while equipping instructors, site administrators, and the national office with robust tools to manage instruction, monitor progress, generate detailed reports, and oversee program administration.

The software solution should support various instructional environments, including classroom-based, hybrid, and distance learning formats. It must facilitate the monitoring of learner participation, instructional advancement, and educational outcomes. Integration with the FACE data management system is required to enable national and site-specific reporting, interactive dashboards, and program evaluation. The solution must also be scalable to accommodate all current and future FACE adult education sites.
