(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based accounting software.– Provide a cloud–based, comprehensive, reliable, and secure accounting software.– The cloud–based infrastructure must meet a high availability design of operations, security, real–time performance optimization, monitoring and reporting services.– The Solution will support account management services, Application Programming Interfaces (API), file import/export, automated bank transaction feeds and reconciliations, and system–generated check printing. – The Solution shall include data migration from current County system. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.
