(1) Vendor needs to provide closed restricted network integrated base defense establishment services to the government authority located in South Dakota.– Design, configure, test, document, and implement a new Closed Restricted Network (CRN) to support base–wide Electronic Security System.– Conduct site surveys and analysis to determine optimal network design and equipment placement.– Implement comprehensive cybersecurity measures, including Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance, Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) implementation, vulnerability scanning, and incident response planning.
