Vendor needs to provide climate risk financing solutions and strategy service. – The consultant is expected to assess country readiness for both mature and underdeveloped insurance markets in the Pacific, with a preference for countries to operate. – Develop the scale up strategy through the Insurance Guarantee and Financing Facility (IGFF) for the Pacific Insurance and Climate Adaptation Programme (PICAP) – Review the progress made and lessons learnt from PICAP 1 through reports and interviews with PICAP team. – Conduct regulatory assessment, identify challenges, and prepare policy recommendations for PICAP countries to leverage IGFF for advancing climate risk insurance work.
