The Province of Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide a client management system supporting comprehensive client and program workflows. The solution should be delivered as either a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or a vendor-hosted platform that ensures compliance with provincial data requirements.
The desired system must support end-to-end processes, including internal referrals, admissions, discharges, bed management, and documentation, ensuring full visibility within individual client records. Key requirements include self-service reporting and customizable dashboards, enabling authorized users to independently create, filter, export, and visualize operational, clinical, and funding data. The system should also offer configurable clinical and operational tools such as customizable forms, automated alerts for assessments or tasks, and tools to track missed or overdue activities.
Further, the platform must facilitate safe and effective 24/7 residential operations, including management of crisis and program beds, length-of-stay tracking, and occupancy and census reporting. The contract for this engagement will span three years.
