(1) Vendor needs to provide client management system.– Provincial data set compliant client management system, delivered as a SaaS or hosted (vendor managed) solution.– Support end–to–end client and program workflows, including internal referrals, admissions, discharges, bed management, documentation, and complete visibility within the client record.– Provide robust, self–service reporting and dashboards, allowing authorized users to create, filter, export, and visualize operational, clinical, and funding data without vendor dependency.– Provide configurable clinical and operational tools, including customizable forms or flow sheets, automated alerts for required assessments or tasks, and mechanisms to manage missed or overdue activities.– Enable safe and effective 24/7 residential operations, including management of crisis and program beds, length–of–stay tracking, and occupancy and census reporting.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 30,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
