North Dakota is seeking a vendor to implement a comprehensive client management system designed to support both internal and external users. The proposed system will deliver streamlined access to essential functions and enhance visibility into client status, specific concerns, and case planning activities.
The solution is expected to manage resident intake and release data, capture payroll information for evaluation, and supply necessary resident details to Health and Human Services (HHS) as well as Medicaid Child Support programs. Additionally, the system will provide basic resident information to a public-facing website to facilitate public resident lookups.
Furthermore, integration capabilities with the Attorney General’s systems are required, featuring an API that delivers supervisory information, parole conditions, and offense data in real time from the Parole and Probation Application.
