(1) Vendor needs to provide Clic's software. – Software must allow customers to process online applications for radiation producing machines, radioactive materials, technologist licensure, service providers, and mammography with the ability to process changes of information request, and registration changes to include storage and termination requests. – Software needs to capture and log the workflow and activities of applications through the receipt, requested for additional information, review and approval process. – Software needs to accept electronic and paper payments for new and renewal applications, fines, late fees, and the capability to issue refunds. – The software needs to have the ability to pull reports, receipt details and the ability to create customized letters. – Software must track when payments are due; and identify when a license or registration is past due. – Data processing software, mainframes and servers. – A comprehensive, web–based licensing, inspection and credentialing solution. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 21, 2026. (3) Pre–proposal conference will be held on January 21, 2026.
