The State of Delaware is seeking qualified news publications to provide classified advertisements services. This opportunity involves publishing a range of classified advertisements and public notices in print and/or online formats, ensuring statewide accessibility across all counties.

Services required include the publication of environmental and regulatory notices such as public hearing announcements, permit applications, remediation activities, and emergency debris management notices. Additional notices include, but are not limited to, corporate void proclamations, constitutional amendments, election results, various public and legal notices, as well as advertisements for bids.

The contract for these services will be awarded for a period of two years. Vendors interested in participating are encouraged to note the range of notices involved and ensure their platform meets the requirement for statewide access.
