The 99th Contracting Squadron at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada intends to award a firm fixed price contract for software support services related to the Classe365 Student Management Application. This procurement will be awarded to UniverseIT, LLC on a single source basis as authorized by FAR 13.106–1(b)(1).

Interested parties are invited to indicate their interest and capability to meet this requirement. While this notice serves to inform of the Government's intent, responses received electronically by 09:00 AM PDT on March 4, 2026, will be evaluated to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. Any decision to compete this contract will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
