A vendor is sought to provide access to the Clarivate Web of Science API (Expanded Basic) and the Derwent API Global Patent Data Service. The solution must ensure that all hosted data remains secure behind the organization's firewall, with access restricted to authorized users. Users must be able to view, utilize, download, and print data solely for individual use.

The system should support conducting research, including numerical and statistical analyses, to generate reports that can be shared with other users. Additionally, the data must be extractable and maintainable for display within an internal repository, either through a client software application or an approved third-party solution. A list of such approved third-party software can be provided as needed.

The vendor must also facilitate the reproduction, indexing, and internal maintenance of the data to allow for content searching and the visualization of search results. Access to data fields via the API should comply with the specified license level, as permitted by the subscription agreement.
