Vendor needs to provide Clarivate web of science API expanded basic and Derwent API global patent data service. The data must remain behind your firewall and be accessible only to—be able to view, use, download and print data for individual use. Be able to perform specific research or numerical and statistical analyses to produce reports that may be shared with other Users. Be able to extract, maintain and display data in an internal repository within a Client Software Application or an Approved Third–Party Software. A full list of such Approved Third–Party Software will be available on request. Be able to reproduce, index and maintain data internally within a Client Software Application for the sole purposes of allowing to search content and displaying results of searches performed. Be able to use the API to access the Data Fields in accordance with the applicable License Level, in each case as permitted by subscription and set forth below.
