A municipality in Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Clariti enterprise permitting software, including software licenses, hosting services, and ongoing support. The Clariti platform is essential for managing permitting, licensing, and land management operations, and the selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the software's availability, scalability, and performance through suitable licensing models and hosting solutions.

Responsibilities will include supporting ongoing system enhancements, performing necessary maintenance, and ensuring compliance with operational and technical requirements. The vendor will also be expected to provide timely notifications related to both the Clariti application and integrated Salesforce platform, as well as deliver prompt incident response and resolution for bugs and enhancement requests in accordance with a defined service level agreement.

The term of this contract will be three years.
