(1) Vendor needs to provide clariti enterprise permitting software. – Software licenses and hosting services for the clariti enterprise permitting platform. This platform supports the permitting, licensing, and land management operations. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the availability, scalability, and performance of the software through appropriate licensing models and hosting solutions. The contract will also support ongoing system enhancements, maintenance, and compliance with the operational and technical requirements. Provide ongoing product and services notifications via email for both the Clariti application and Salesforce platform. Provide responses and resolution to incidents, bugs, and enhancement requests according to the agreed upon service level agreement (SLA). (2) The contract period will be for three years.
