(1) Vendor needs to provide claims modernization system.– Replace the current Online Liquidation Claims Processing System (OLCP) to modernize its technology and realize benefits.– Provide, configure, and implement a liquidation claims processing system (System) for processing claims, managing policies, and handling communications related to insolvent insurance companies. – The System shall provide robust data management, workflow automation, and integration capabilities to increase efficiency and improve stakeholder experience.– The System will enable the Department to better manage multiple concurrent liquidations, streamline claims processing, reduce manual information technology processes, improve data extraction from companies under liquidation, and enhance communication with claimants, guaranty associations, and other stakeholders.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025.
