The State of Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide a secure, supplier-hosted claims management system specifically designed for managing veteran benefits. The envisioned system will streamline the process of managing, filing, and processing veteran claims, aiming to significantly enhance service delivery to veterans across the state.

Key requirements include the ability to submit claims directly to the Veterans Benefits Management System, support for electronic signatures, and the secure scanning or importation of documents up to at least 100 MB. The system must guarantee the secure, encrypted transmission of sensitive data such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Federal Tax Information (FTI), and HIPAA-designated information, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.

Additionally, the claims management system should support the comprehensive preparation, filing, and tracking of VA benefits applications and appeals, enabling compliant electronic submissions to the VA via APIs. The platform must facilitate efficient claims processing and reimbursement workflows, provide advanced data analytics, and offer customizable dashboards for monitoring key metrics. Robust record management capabilities, including the handling of veterans' dependents' information, are also required to ensure data organization and accessibility. The contract for these services will be for a one-year period.
