(1) Vendor needs to provide claims management solution. • The solution shall support recent versions of Chrome and Microsoft Edge on Windows 11 or newer. • The solution shall provide easy to use report building tools for all business objects. • The solution shall be able to export all reports as CSV/Excel in both unformatted and formatted versions • The solution shall use modern responsive web application principles. • The solution shall be able to search for text strings in all business objects and in attached PDF documents • The solution shall retain secure, encrypted backups and be able to restore operations from disruption within one business day after service is restored • The solution shall use roles, groups and permissions to control access to data fields, business objects, supporting documents, and reports • The solution shall require two–factor authentication using Microsoft Authenticator prior to granting access at login. • The solution shall encrypt all information in transit. • The solution shall encrypt all information stored on host infrastructure (if outside Yukon Government) and when stored in any other location for any purpose. • The solution shall maintain an audit log of all changes to fields (date/time, who) • The solution shall not retain information in development, or other deployment environments, once deployed to production. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Jan 14, 2026.
