Key requirements include intuitive report-building tools for all business objects, with support for exporting reports as CSV or Excel files in both formatted and unformatted forms. The solution should enable text searches across all business objects and attached PDF documents, and support secure, encrypted backups with the capability to restore operations within one business day following any service disruption. Data access must be tightly managed using roles, groups, and permissions, with two-factor authentication via Microsoft Authenticator required for login. Additionally, comprehensive encryption is mandated for all data in transit and at rest, including on external host infrastructure if applicable.
