Florida agency seeks a vendor to provide, implement, and support a Claims Document Management System integrated with Assure Claims.
(1) Vendor needs to provide claims document management system. – Provide, implement, and support a Claims Document Management System (CDMS) designed to enhance insurance claims processing. – The selected vendor will provide software licenses, professional implementation services, training, and post–implementation support. – The Claims Document Management System (CDMS) must integrate with the agency’s existing Assure Claims system and include technologies, tools, and methods to capture, manage, store, preserve, and deliver content. – Document capture and imaging for digitizing and managing paper documents. Content–centric workflow and collaboration for effective information sharing. Document management for check–in/out, version control, security and library services for business documents. – The CDMS delivers management controls for a wide variety of format types including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, HTML, text, JPG and TIF files. – The CDMS utilizes Workflow to progress documents and related attachments through the required review and approval processes of an item. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 9, 2025.
