The scope of work includes loss calculation and claim support, advisory assistance during insurer review, and negotiation and settlement support. Vendors will be expected to produce claim schedule deliverables and assist with public assistance documentation. In addition, the provider will handle invoicing and cost allocation. The contract period will span five years, with a pre-bid conference scheduled and a deadline for inquiries prior to bid submission.
