A government authority located in Brick, New Jersey is seeking a provider for civil engineering services. The selected civil engineer will be responsible for preparing comprehensive project budgets that cover all anticipated costs, including construction, professional fees, reimbursable expenses, contingencies, and projected timelines from board approval to project completion.
The service provider will submit monthly project status reports to the board’s facility committee and present these reports at committee meetings upon request. The scope includes schematic design, design development, preparation of construction documents, bidding and negotiation services, construction administration, and close-out activities.
