The government authority in East Orange, New Jersey seeks a qualified vendor to provide special civil engineering services on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will work closely with the agency, delivering a range of engineering solutions, including construction inspections, engineering reports, and design services.

Scope of work may include, but is not limited to, environmental planning, facility and infrastructure design, building systems evaluation, and conducting surveys such as storm, water, and traffic/vehicle/pedestrian circulation. Additional services include utility assessments, site lighting, landfill projects, development of as-built plans, feasibility and comparative cost reviews, permit requirement evaluation, and studies for areas requiring rehabilitation or redevelopment. Site engineering and landscape architecture services may also be requested by the Board.

Strong collaboration with the agency is expected, with deliverables including engineering studies, design documents, inspection reports, survey results, and expert advice tailored to the Board’s ongoing needs.
