(1) Vendor needs to provide civil engineering services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.– Site identification.– Coordination with stakeholders.– Property boundary surveys, preparation of plats and legal descriptions, and boundary marking.– Property and easement acquisition research.– Topographical surveys.– Legal services related to property and easement acquisition.– Temporary Construction Access Easements or similar.– Easement monitoring and compliance activities.– Utility relocation design when related to in–lieu fee projects.– Preparation of conceptual design plans.– Engineering design and plan preparation including Modeling.– Data collection.– NEPA Coordination.– Section 106 (or similar) coordination with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO).– Section 7 Endangered Species Act coordination.– Biological Assessments, surveys, monitoring, and reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 21, 2026.
