(1) Vendor needs to provide civil engineering and survey services to the government authority located in Atlantic, NJ.– Prepare and deliver location sealed surveys to the any authority or entity having review jurisdiction over the plans and other parties in interest.– Location surveys for individual parcels will be staked at property corners.– Assist in the preparation of public bidding documents, and public bidding and contract awards resulting from public bidding.– Prepare and review engineering drawings, site plans and zoning plans.– Review, advise and approve and certify, when requested, contractor requisitions, change order requests and change orders.– Prepare and review cost estimates for on–going projects and new construction, which may include site preparation and infrastructure costs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 4, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
