(1) Vendor needs to provide civil annual construction services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– New high voltage electrical facilities, build new high voltage electrical structures or facilities, and construct electrical vehicle charging stations in a timely manner.– Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to accomplish the majority of task authorization in house in accordance with the contract and engineers’ instructions.– Work generally consists of the following: constructing cast in place reinforced concrete structures including drilled piers, cast in place concrete foundations, constructing cast in place concrete retaining walls and cable trenches; setting reinforced precast concrete structures and service boxes, installing conduit duct banks, performing structural repairs on concrete structures, manholes and boxes; installing or modify electrical grounding systems, fencing, manhole access grates which includes field welding, furnishing and placing aggregate base and crushed rock, grading and paving, constructing electric vehicle charging stations, providing as–built drawings, or any other construction related needs per drawings and Specifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 18, 2025.
