(1) Vendor needs to provide civic engagement and public feedback platforms to the government authority located in MI. – Providing civic engagement, polling, or community insight technologies that increase participation and transparency in government decision–making. – Respondents will demonstrate how their solutions streamline data collection, improve citizen access, or enhance analysis of resident sentiment. – Eligible offerings include online engagement tools, polling systems, social listening analytics, and citizen dashboards. – Expand inclusive participation, transparency, and real–time insights into community priorities. – Traditional public relations or advertising agencies without a technology–based engagement toolset are excluded. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
