(1) Vendor needs to provide civic days fireworks service. • A display report/chart must be included with the proposal including an Opening, Main Body and Grand Finale and time duration. • The display shall include a variety of shells and colors. • The finale should include the loudest salutes and largest and most exotic shells creating an intense display.
