The City of Longmont, Colorado seeks a qualified vendor to provide citywide engineering services on an on-call, as-needed basis for a variety of construction-related projects. These services will support both the improvement and rehabilitation of existing municipal facilities, as well as the design and development of new construction projects owned, operated, and maintained by the city.

Selected firms will be responsible for overall project planning, schematic design, design development, preparation of construction documents, project administration, and commissioning. Duties also include preparing detailed drawings, calculations, modeling, special conditions, specifications, and cost estimates. Compliance audits and regulatory studies may also be required as part of the services. Prospective bidders must submit any questions by March 17, 2026.
