(1) Vendor needs to provide citywide arts and culture events and pop–up markets services. • Create opportunities for residents to gather, celebrate, and connect; • Promote creative expression and public participation in the arts; • Support local economic growth and elevate small businesses; • Encourage neighborhoods–based engagement and collaboration; • Cultivate inclusive, welcoming spaces throughout city, • Selecting event themes, programming elements, and community activities. • Securing appropriate venues or public spaces and confirming availability. • Developing scheduling plans, production timelines, and staffing plans.
