The City of Boulder, CO is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive citywide architectural services. The scope encompasses general architectural support for both the improvement and rehabilitation of existing facilities, as well as new construction projects throughout the city.

Key responsibilities include prequalifying architects, engineers, and contractors; conducting inspections, surveys, and testing to assess existing conditions; and preparing and reviewing assessments, feasibility studies, and program development documents. The selected firm will assist with permitting and regulatory processes, and ensure all projects remain in compliance with the defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Additional services include the preparation of detailed drawings, models, special conditions, specifications, and cost estimates, along with preliminary design, pre-construction, project management, design, and construction administration services.
