The government authority in League City, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive printing and mailing services for the City Matters magazine. The scope includes printing the magazine according to provided specifications, with quality control by the City's graphic designer, who will inspect proofs for color accuracy, bleed, defects, and overall quality. The City will review and indicate any required changes to proofs within 24 hours.

In addition to printing, the selected proposer will handle all aspects of mailing, including the purchase and provision of a mailing list of approximately 40,000 addresses. The vendor must prepare address files using the agency’s system or an equivalent method to ensure addresses are matched and duplicates removed. Upon production and delivery of the magazines to the post office, the vendor will invoice the communications department for services rendered.

The contract for these services will be in effect for a four-year period. All questions must be submitted by April 14, 2026.
