(1) Vendor needs to provide city charter, code and zoning ordinance publication services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.– Create and maintain a public–facing website for the city and will publish city code on the website at no charge to the public.– Publishing of the Code in online and paper formats.– Provide editing and posting of the city’s code.– Updates to the information published on the contractor’s website and printed materials will be emailed to the contractor by the city.– Website will be created and maintained under the requirements of city.– Website will be frameless, shareable through links, with the ability to save in Rich Text Format (RTF), and Adobe Acrobat PDF, and upon request by the city, MS Word version.– Website will be able to link to other websites, terms with definitions that allow for pop–up previews of the definition, allow for content search, and provide cross–reference links to related documents located during a search.– Updated code will be emailed or transmitted as agreed between the contractor and the city in both a MS Word and Adobe Acrobat PDF versions.– Zoning ordinance adopted after 2019 shall be reviewed and modification footnotes revised or provided for both the print and web–based versions of the zoning ordinance.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 13, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on January 6, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
