(1) Vendor needs to provide citation ticket system.– Provide a citation processing system for the issuance, documentation, and reports of traffic violations issued on Hospital facility and outlying clinical sites.– This system must provide automation that allows security officers to issue tickets with an easy–to–use data entry interface. System will generate notices for citations per State and local guidelines. Provide a centralized platform for storing and managing citation data, making it easier to track violations, analyze trends, and generate reports. Proposer will provide a method for processing payments. Proposer will provide qualified technical personnel for training Hospital security officers through the citation ticket processing system's features and functionalities and address technical queries. System is capable of processing 3,000 or more parking citations per year. The Solution generates notices to the vehicle’s registered owner. The Solution provides enhanced collection activity on delinquent open accounts. The Solution provides the Department with management reports on a monthly, weekly, and/or as needed basis. The Solution provides on-line, real-time access to Contractor’s Project Control and Performance System (PCPS) data system. The Solution offers an installment payment plan option for indigent persons. The Solution provides comprehensive PCPS System security features [e.g., Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI–DSS), encryption, screen timeouts, and minimum password length and complexity). (2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2025.
