The selected vendor will be responsible for providing Cisco networking equipment and comprehensive related services to a government authority located in Miami Beach, Florida. This includes supplying and delivering all specified Cisco hardware such as Catalyst switches, ISR routers, UCS servers, and Meraki access points, in addition to required modules, power supplies, and cabling, as detailed in the Bill of Materials (BOM).

Vendors must also provide all necessary Cisco software licenses, including but not limited to DNA Center subscriptions and ISE licenses, valid for the defined term. In addition to equipment and licenses, the vendor will need to activate and manage applicable support and maintenance agreements, such as Cisco SmartNet and Software Support Service (SWSS), ensuring access to the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and associated online resources throughout the term of service.
