A government authority in New York is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive CISCO Enterprise Agreement services. Required offerings include CISCO Market solutions such as Cloud Analytics, Cloud Applications and Services (spanning SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS), Automated Infrastructure, Cloud Security, Collaboration Tools, and additional related technologies.
The vendor is also responsible for delivering CISCO Technical Support Services (TSS) to maintain the functionality, performance, and security of all CISCO hardware, software, and solutions throughout their lifecycle. Furthermore, CISCO Professional Services must support planning, design, implementation, migration, optimization, and transition of all CISCO technologies, with services to be delivered by CISCO-certified professionals.
