(1) Vendor needs to provide circuit court renovations services to the government authority located in Lynchburg, VA.– Electrical panels may be replaced concurrent with other work, but circuits must remain energized during business hours.– Renovate men's toilet 120. renovate room 109 from deputy break room to women's toilet.– Renovate rooms 121 and 122 from lavatory and men's toilet to exit passage and janitor.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
