(1) Vendor needs to provide Chromebook audit, update and asset tagging system. – Develop custom software that enables real–time monitoring during the Chromebook auditing process. The audit consists of using a district provided scanner from our system of record and then scanning each asset. Automatic verification that google organizational unit (OU) assignments match the asset system of record locations. Automated or semi–automated workflows to reconcile mismatches between the asset system of record and google admin. Develop custom workflows to automate the generation of site summary reports that are required. Error reduction workflows using automation to avoid manual data compilation discrepancies. Conduct a pre–audit site visit one day before to have carts located and charged for vendor audit team. Power wash and update all Chromebook devices found on sites except for retiring and damaged Chromebook. Check carts, towers, and checkout locations on campus for Chromebooks missing asset tags. Live visibility of all scanned devices, including status, location, and timestamp. Email Site APA requesting a start date for the audit and update project. Identification of missing, unscanned, or out–of–location devices. Dashboard access for project manager and vendor on–site leads. Audit, Update, and replace asset tagging on all Chromebooks as needed. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 04, 2026.
