The government authority in Tennessee is seeking a vendor to provide, produce, and manage a large Christmas drive-thru light show. The selected vendor will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, including pre-event setup, day-of-event operations, and post-event takedown.

Lighting installation must be completed no later than 12:00 PM on November 25, 2026, and on the corresponding date before Thanksgiving each option year. All lighting components are required to be of high quality, 22 gauge or better, and UL approved. The vendor must maintain the lighting every night during the show’s operation.

Additionally, the vendor is responsible for supplying all staff needed for the light show, handling payment transactions, and managing traffic within the park. The initial contract period will be for one year, with questions regarding the RFP due by March 20, 2026.
