The selected vendor will provide child care subsidy administration services for the government authority in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of eligibility determination, addressing technical and internal control errors, and participating in audits as required. The vendor will take accountability for errors and any necessary paybacks related to incorrect eligibility determinations.

Additionally, the vendor must be able to furnish a certified Spanish interpreter as needed and conduct monthly case reviews to verify adherence to accuracy and timeliness standards. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 12, 2026.
