A government entity in South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive chief digital and artificial intelligence operations agile software. The selected contractor will deliver an enduring software development capability focused on prototyping, developing, and deploying advanced digital and AI solutions.

The scope includes developing and managing the full software prototyping lifecycle, from conceptualization and design through operational deployment and sustainment. Solutions must be deployed within a secure, government-approved cloud or on-premise environment. Vendors are required to utilize a robust, existing DevSecOps toolchain that enables rapid, automated builds, testing, security scanning, and deployment for software prototypes.

Demonstrated software development experience in Maven Smart Systems (MSS) and Joint Fires Network (JFN) is mandatory. The ability to integrate software solutions with Combatant Command (COCOM) C4I systems and enterprise services must be verifiable. Only established vendors with proven experience in these areas will be considered.
