Vendor needs to provide chemical inventory management platform. System will automatically load any associated procedure and/or protocol documentation if the added material exists in the system catalog. System will automatically load any related product signage/pictogram (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) information) for added materials. System will allow a user assigned to an applicable role to edit any/all information for materials contained within their assigned chemical inventory instances. System will automatically adjust the material information of the chemical inventory instance providing the material when a material transfer has been accepted. System will allow a user to indicate completion of reconciliation scanning. Create, edit and delete Chemical Inventory Location information (i.e., Facility, Building, Floor, Room). Create, configure and delete role information. Assign users to any role. Configure business rules that will be implemented by the system. Configure flags/tags that can be assigned to specific materials and/or material categories. Add/Edit/Dispose/Transfer materials for any chemical inventory instance. View and search for materials across all chemical inventory instances. Perform reconciliation activities for any chemical inventory instance at all levels of inventory location. Add/Edit/Dispose materials for their assigned chemical inventories.
