(1) Vendor needs to provide cheer zone management services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania. • Pre–Event Planning: Design and map Cheer Zone locations in coordination with race operations and city stakeholders • Create an application and process for Cheer Zones • Connect with community and local run groups to establish a relationship and report • Recruit, schedule, and communicate with Cheer Zone leaders, volunteers, community groups, and sponsors • Develop Cheer Zone guidelines (programming expectations, signage, safety, permitted items, branding requirements, timing expectations) • Ensure Cheer Zones are set up on time and meet safety and branding standards • Monitor crowd flow, runner experience, and volunteer engagement Liaise with course manager, course marshals, water stops, security, medical teams, and race organizers as needed (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.
