(1) Vendor needs to provide chargemaster management solution– The selected vendor will manage and operate a Chargemaster Management Solution that includes an auditing solution, a regulatory reference solution, and a medication analytic solution• The auditing software analyzes an extract of the live Chargemaster (CDM) and details potential discrepancies while suggesting possible solutions.– The auditing solution must be able to ensure that all services rendered are accurately captured and billed to reduce revenue leakage.• The regulatory reference solution must support users with immediate access to comprehensive clinical, coding, financial, and regulatory reference data.• The medication analytic solution assesses purchase, billing, and remittance data sets to provide visibility into margins, at the medication level, giving pharmacy leaders the insights needed to make informed business decisions on a multitude of pharmacy–related areas– These software tools should be integrated with each other to seamlessly transfer complete and accurate information into the chargemaster and formulary systems (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for five years.
