The selected vendor will be responsible for the ongoing management and operation of an integrated software suite that includes an auditing solution, a regulatory reference module, and a medication analytics solution.

The auditing solution must analyze extracts from the live Chargemaster (CDM) to identify potential discrepancies, suggest corrective actions, and support accurate service capture and billing to minimize revenue leakage. The regulatory reference component must offer immediate access to expansive clinical, coding, financial, and regulatory data, enabling staff to stay current with compliance requirements.

Additionally, the medication analytic solution will review purchase, billing, and remittance data to deliver detailed insights into medication-level margins, supporting pharmacy leaders in making well-informed business decisions. These modules should be fully integrated, allowing for seamless information flow into the chargemaster and formulary systems. The awarded contract will cover a five-year term.
