The requesting entity seeks a vendor to provide changeable message sign supplies, specifically one Ver–mac model PCMS 320 portable, trailer–mounted dynamic message sign (PCMS). The scope includes supplying a new PCMS unit equipped with wireless communications equipment, hardware, software, delivery, integration, training, technical assistance, and warranty information necessary for its operation and maintenance.

The sign must be a full matrix LED capable of displaying variable-height text with varying fonts and graphic messages.
