Vendor needs to provide cessation and tobacco community outreach service. Tobacco use is a leading cause of preventable illness in state and the river faces some of the highest rates of tobacco–related disparities. This project addresses those challenges by partnering directly with the community through trusted leaders, organizations, and stakeholders. The focus is on building lasting relationships, raising awareness of resources like the quitline and making cessation efforts accessible where people already live, work, and gather. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2026.
