(1) Vendor needs to provide central reservation and point of sale system replacement services.– Providing a full system, including implementing, building, maintaining, evaluating, training, and tracking the success of the agency is required.– Be easily customizable to the Department’s needs.– Be fully compatible with Elavon and Worldpay for payment processing, including support for secure integration with gateway and merchant services.– Be a web–based system that integrates with the existing Department website, with data stored on private servers– Work with both desktop and mobile devices.– Support EMV chip card transactions, contactless payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), and NFC–based mobile wallets.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
