The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is planning to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed price contract with Censis Technologies, Inc. The contract is for the integration of Censitrac OR Scheduler with the Oracle Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Censis Technologies, Inc. is the exclusive vendor authorized to perform these specific integration services for the Censitrac OR Scheduler.

This procurement follows the simplified acquisition procedures under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented in FAR 13.106–3(b)(3)(i), and is based on the determination that only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling the agency's requirements. Firms that believe they can meet the requirements are encouraged to submit a detailed written response demonstrating their qualifications, including a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer authorizing their status as a distributor per clause 852.212–71(c).

Submissions must be sent to the Contracting Officer by 10:00 AM Central Time on February 11, 2026. All responses will be evaluated, though the final determination regarding competition for this procurement rests solely with the Government.
