A municipality in Saskatchewan is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based cemetery management software solution. The software should transform the agency’s AutoCAD file into a comprehensive digital map of the cemetery, including burial plots, columbarium niches, memorial wall spaces, roads, trees, and other relevant features. This digital map must be interactive, allowing staff to access detailed information by clicking on individual plots, and should support future modifications and expansion to accommodate additional cemetery sections and objects.

The system should operate in a multi-user environment, supporting at least four simultaneous users with different levels of access. It must offer capabilities to track all cemetery sales, create, store, and retrieve all cemetery records, and generate and print essential documents such as deeds, internment orders, plot cards, marker permits, and owner cards. Additionally, the solution should enable scheduling of internments and marker installations.

A public-facing page should be available, with the option for a 'walk to grave' service. Integration with Microsoft Outlook email and calendar is preferred to streamline communication and scheduling processes. The selected software must ensure efficient and secure management of all cemetery operations.
