Vendor needs to provide cemetery database management and support services. Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, data support, and technical guidance for an existing cemetery management software system built on a Microsoft Access database. Data management including GPS/GIS, documentation, deciphering handwritten and preserved data, data correction and data clean-up. Will implement requested functional enhancements and workflow changes, develop and test updates in a staging environment prior to production deployment, and build or maintain integrations with GIS/mapping, financial systems, or web portals as required. Regular data management tasks will include scheduled backups, integrity checks, recovery testing, data cleansing and deduplication, and assistance with import/export routines.
