(1) Vendor needs to provide cell tower marketing and management services.– Ease Township space to own, operate and develop wireless communications infrastructure for the construction, installation, operation, marketing and maintenance of wireless telecommunications facilities.– Address cellular coverage and capacity needs within the community while generating revenue through land lease agreements and revenue sharing from cellular carrier subleases.– Minimize visual and environmental impact through stealth tower designs.– Conducting comprehensive site surveys and RF engineering analysis.– Designing, constructing, and installing wireless telecommunications facilities.– Operating and maintaining all facilities in accordance with industry standards.– Responding promptly to equipment failures or safety concerns.– Managing all carrier sublease agreements.– Providing accurate and timely revenue reports to the township.– Negotiating and managing carrier sublease agreements.– Conducting public hearings for community input prior to construction.– Addressing community concerns regarding visual impact, safety, and coverage.– Implementing measures to minimize environmental disturbance.– Conducting environmental impact assessments.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for ten years.
