Vendor needs to provide cathodic protection corrosion database software. The corrosion database software will be delivered via software as a service (SaaS). For gathering, recording, storing and analysing the data from the annual cathodic protection survey. A database that is capable of automatically receiving the reader ID and location tagged cathodic protection data directly from a multimeter is required to ensure that no human error occurs when reading and recording this data. Link notes and photographs taken during survey with a specific map location. Export results to Excel and directly linking to GIS for auditing and tracking purposes. Store new, and import legacy, cathodic protection data that can only be edited by select users, and the user ID of the person who edited the data must be recorded in the system for audit purposes. Provide real-time, visual updates i.e., cathodic protection read locations represented on a map of utilities distribution system on the survey progress and the status of each cathodic protection read location (i.e., read, to be followed up, follow-up read required, etc.). Overlay multiple and survey datasets into a single geospatial view to reveal trends from historical data. The contract period will be for five years. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 5, 2026.
